나이들어가는 아내에게 주는 남편의 위로 (영어유머)

인간이란 본래 거대한 세월의 흐름을 절대 거스를 수 없는 법.

 

 

하지만 그래도 인간이란 조금이라도 그 세월을 천천히 흘러가게 만들고 싶어서 본인에게 엄청난 노력을 쏟곤 한다..

  

The husband and wife are getting ready for bed．

The wife is standing in front of a full length mirror taking a hard look at herself．

 

"You know, dear," she says, "I look in the mirror and I see an old woman. 

My face is all wrinkled, my boobs are barely above my navel, my bum is hanging out a mile. I’ve got fat legs and my arms are all flabby."

She turns to her husband and asks, "Tell me something positive to make me feel better about myself."

He thinks about it for a bit and then says in a soft voice, "Well… there‘s nothing wrong with your eyesight."

 

 

 

 

 

남편과 아내가 잠자리에 들기 직전, 

아내가 전신을 비쳐주는 큰 거울 앞에 서서 자신의 몸매를 매섭게 살펴보다가 말했다．

 

"여보, 거울을 보니 나 아줌마 다됐네.

얼굴은 주름투성이, 가슴은 배꼽 있는 데까지 늘어졌고, 엉덩이는 엄청 길게 쳐져내렸으니 원． 다리엔 잔뜩 살이 오른데다가 팔 근육들은 축 늘어졌구.." 

그녀는 남편에게 하소연했다．

"여보, 내 기분 좀 나아지게 내 몸매에 대하여 뭔가 긍정적인 얘기 좀 해주지 그래요.."

 

남편은 잠시 생각하더니 

부드러운 목소리로 한 마디 했다．

 

 

 

 

 

 

"으응~ 당신 시력은 여전히 좋네!"
